1. Is my website hosted by TLN?
Yes all websites are hosted by TLN due to the proprietary platform of LOGO emPower technology. Hosting is a standard feature in both of our website options.

2. What is the percentage of downtime?
TLN maintains redundant server locations; both on the West Coast and on the East Coast. Since our beginning, we have a 99+% online success record.

3. How secure are your servers?
Our servers maintain high security standards. As part of a defense-in-depth strategy, we use advanced technology to monitor and control electronic access to the computing environment. Our servers run a hardened Linux solution and all sensitive communication is encrypted on storage and transit. We perform ongoing patch monitoring and have an immediate response solution to address any potential issues. For physical security, we use a multi-layered approach that includes biometric access points, RFID access checkpoints, physical lock cabinets, monitored security cameras, and on-site security personnel.

4. Do I have email hosting?
Yes, all websites are provided email hosting, you will be provided 100mb space.

5. How do I get started ?
The first step takes only a couple minutes — simply register for TLN membership on this site. Our staff will then contact you and outline all the options.

6. What tasks are required of me?
Actually very little is required of our customers. We obviously need your product images and details to be provided. The balance of your work is in directing the finished product look for your custom website.

7. How long does it take?
If you selected our Gold Package, the approximate estimated time for completion is 10 weeks. If you selected our Partner Package with the Enterprise website the time is extended another 4 weeks due to the additional complexity of incorporating your personal web features.

8. How do I report problems?
If your website has a technical problem, our system has built-in alarms to notify our IT department. If the problem is specific to your website, then you will have access to a Customer Service desk as well as a 24-hr. tech hotline.

9. Who do I contact?
Due to the many steps in building your website, there is no one person that builds it completely. We therefore provide a list of contacts for you to feel free to call on; Sales, Technical, Product Database and Graphics.

10. Will prices increase next year?
There is no price increases scheduled; in fact we just recently reduced all of our website prices $1,000.

11. Payment Schedule?
After you register for TLN membership, you will be contacted and decide which website service you wish to subscribe. Once decided a proforma invoice for the full year amount will be submitted. Once accepted, TLN staff will begin to construct your new website. Payment is not due until your new website has been posted online in a beta url. You can then pay the full amount or select a monthly payment plan. Payments in full save 2 months of fees...

13. Additional Benefits from TLN?
Additional Benefits from TLN? A LOGO emPower website also provides LOGO empowered Newsletters, Supplier Flyers and Sales Presentation services between you and your distributors. In addition, your MSW website products are directly integrated into our extremely popular MDW service for distributor websites. MSW products are also displayed on the www.SpecSample.com and www.LogoStudio.com systems for Distributors to search and market promotional products.
